If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. 1. Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged men’s leather bags within 30 days of the purchase date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- The item must not show signs of wear, use, or damage.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
If your item meets these conditions, please follow the instructions below to initiate the return process.
2. How to Return an Item
To return your item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@foxtopic.click or call (818) 348-2756 with your order number, and a member of our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on where to send your return.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RA number and proof of purchase, and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a discounted item, your refund will be based on the final purchase price after the discount was applied.
4. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, you can exchange your item for another men’s leather bag of equal or lesser value. Simply follow the returns process, and once the return is processed, we will send you a replacement product.
- If the price of the replacement item exceeds the value of the original, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
To ensure a smooth process:
- Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made or personalized leather bags.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.

7. Late Returns
